I have below result

First result "<http://dbpedia.org#Ţayrū>" seems strange:
1) rdfs:label property should have a string range, according to W3C
specification. right ?
2) uri "<http://dbpedia.org#Ţayrū>" seems badly encoded should be
http://dbpedia.org#%C5%A2ayr%C5%AB
requesting "<http://dbpedia.org#%C5%A2ayr%C5%AB> ?p ?l." or
"<http://dbpedia.org#Tayru> ?p ?l." give no results.
What is the meaning of this URI ?
