Hi Daniel, I'm the maintainer of the German DBpedia at http://de.dbpedia.org . We will soon update our endpoint to the 3.7 dump with some minor fixes plus interlanguage links to the English, Greek and other existing internationalized DBpedia versions also including other types of owl:sameAs links. It should be on-line tomorrow or in the worst case at the end of this week.
