At last it is there. It is a simple cut&paste of our conversations, and it
can be improved in many aspects (more categories, or links to a detailed
pages with examples), but it is a first step. I promise to clean it up and
to add links to a "Best practices for mapping" page. Feel free to
add/modify what you consider appropriate.
