This should be fixed. All links in all languages should work. If not,

The gory details, in case anyone is interested: Our Apache forwards
requests to a back-end server. We used RewriteRule, but that somehow
broke the encoding of non-ASCII URIs. After a lot of trial and error,
I changed that to ProxyPass, which seems to work better (and makes
more sense anyway - we do use Apache as a reverse proxy).
