Hi all

Some ressources in DBpedia have more than one value for geo:long and geo:lat
For example at http://dbpedia.org/resource/Pont_de_la_Tournelle

<geo:lat rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#float";>48.8507</geo:lat> <geo:lat rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#float";>48.8503</geo:lat> <geo:long rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#float";>2.35556</geo:long> <geo:long rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#float";>2.355</geo:long>

When querying such objects for (lat, long) you come up with 4 different couples.

The Wikipedia source has only one (lat, long) value as far as I can see.

If you check the Wikipedia article source of that resource at [1], you would see 2 different coordinate values as follows:

1. {{coord|48|51|02.50|N|02|21|20.00|E|region:FR_type:landmark|display=title}}
2. coordinates= {{coord|48|51|01|N|02|21|18|E}}

which when converted to decimal will result in 2 different values.

Can somebody explain?

Thanks!

Bernard
