Hi Alessio,

you should check out the 'dump' branch of the DBpedia extraction
framework from Mercurial on SourceForge [1], cd into folder
extraction_framework/core/ and then execute (on UNIX)

../run download-mappings

This should download the latest mappings for all languages from the
wiki into folder extraction_framework/mappings/
