Virtuoso 08C01 Error CL...: Cluster could not connect to host 3 22203 error

We are doing a little project using dbpedia and this morning started
getting the above error.
We get the same error response for
curl -L -H "Accept:application/json" http://dbpedia.org/resource/Hydrogen
and curl -L -H "Accept:application/rdf+xml"
http://dbpedia.org/resource/Hydrogen
