I got some feedback and now, we can also include datasets from all 
chapters of DBpedia:
https://github.com/dbpedia/dbpedia-links

The format of metadata.ttl is still completely open and of course I 
didn't have time to sort all the links into the new folder structure. 
This might need some time...
