Hi Mariana,

this is due to these entities being continents while we link municipalities, 
lakes, mountains, islands etc only for DBpedia and Geonames. See the list here: 
https://github.com/dbpedia/dbpedia/tree/master/external_datasets/Geonames
If someone writes a link specification for continents they will be added for 
the next release.
