there is a also new way for indexing now. Please check the updated README at
https://github.com/dbpedia/lookup

The way Julien did it is also valid. Thanks for the pull request. I
would like to check it more thoroughly before merging it.
Going over the DBpedia Spotlight index is actually a detour that I
wanted to avoid. Using pignlproc as input is easier in my view (if you
don't already have a Spotlight index).
