Ah, OK thats the new 3.8 codebase I havent actually installed sorry!
Looks like it needs the extraction framework jars, not sure if these are
hosted anywhere though?
You could maybe install locally by cloning the git repo and running mvn
install
https://github.com/dbpedia/extraction-framework
