The dbpedia pages do not use anytime queries option, please check with the 
command :

        curl http://dbpedia.org/page/University_of_California,_Los_Angeles | 
grep www.ucla.edu

Which  always returns result for me as does the HTML page in the browser

$ curl http://dbpedia.org/page/University_of_California,_Los_Angeles | grep 
www.ucla.edu
