Yes, I think there was a proxy configuration behind http://dbpedia.cs.ui.ac.id.
However, I don't enough know about that because the configuration is under the
responsibility of network administrator in my college. How the configuration
should be?
And if I want to use domain name id.dbpedia.org, what should I do?

This should be the ip/hostname of your server. Do you have any special proxy
configurations behind http://dbpedia.cs.ui.ac.id ?
