Hello Hamid,
There are no mappings for Chinese - the list at
http://mappings.dbpedia.org/index.php/Mapping_zh is empty. Types are based
on mappings - that's why the instance_types file does not exist. (Same for
the mapping-based properties.)
Go ahead and add some mappings for Chinese! That would be a great
contribution.
