It does not seem the case for the infobox in question - there were multiple
occurences of alma_mater (in Rakstnieka infokaste) in LV wikipedia dump
from July 2015:

P.S. It's would not be a problem if this happens just for this infobox. But
the same issue might appear in stats for other languages / infoboxes too.
