Hello everyone,
As a result of our last DBpedia DEV meeting, let’s keep track of what we
already have done.
DBpedia SWAGGER API:
We have started to document all DBpedia services at Swagger HUB (
https://app.swaggerhub.com/search?type=API&owner=DBpedia). Swagger HUB is a
platform where we can keep tracking our services throughout our development
lifecycle. It provides facilities such as versioning and collaborative
editing, among others that fit well for our community.
It is also possible to bring this documentation on our project pages using
swagger-ui <http://swagger.io/swagger-ui/>, loading JSON or YAML
definitions straight from the swagger hub
<http://swagger.io/integrating-with-the-swaggerhub-api/>. You can see an
example of how it works here: http://www.dbpedia-spotlight.org/api
DBpedia Service Mapping and Uptime Monitoring:
The DBpedia Association has started a survey to map all services provided
by the DBpedia Community. Our objectives are improving our support and go
further with best practices in governance. As a result, we will update
language chapter page (http://wiki.dbpedia.org/about/language-chapters) and
keep tracking our service availability under https://stats.uptimerobot.com/
J81Ppcl2k , later http://status.dbpedia.org (not working yet).
If you require any further information, feel free to contact me via slack
or email.
All the best,
Sandro
