Here is how I found it.

I went to

http://wiki.dbpedia.org/downloads-2016-04

The page has some Javascript that downloads some data so it may take some time to fully load. In section 3 "Datasets" it will initially load the most popular languages, and there is a field that has the language names in it and a button that says "show languages"; I x'ed out the other languages and typed "ar" into that field, clicked "show languages" and then I saw a whole bunch of stuff for arabic.
