there is a new Wikidata dump. We are currently developing this, which
means that the fresh dumps are provided for you to give feedback.
We store them here: http://78.46.100.7/wikidata/ latest:
http://78.46.100.7/wikidata/20180101/
Once the development and documentation is finished we will delete this
on this server and then move it to the central infrastructure and
provide weekly conversions.
