Hey Jean-Marc, it seems the PrefixSearch API is not working at the moment at the public API. I am not sure about the actual reasons and will ask the maintainer to have a look in the log files. In any case you still can use the KeywordSearch API, which is working fine and this is what we were using, so we did not recognize the missing functionality.
