Hello,
I'm a M.Sc. student pursuing a Computer of Science degree at the
University of Wrocław.

I programmed in Java in two companies as an intern. I learned Scala on
Coursera's on-line course and used it on classes during my exchange on
École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland. During this
semester, I'm doing Text Mining course.

I would like to take up writing open source code and GSoC is a good
place to start. At first glance, following topics seems the most
interesting to me:
2.2. Extend infobox mapping
2.4. I18n data fusion
2.5. Type inference to extend coverage
3.1. Generalize input formats and add support for Google mention corpus

I briefly looked at the DBpedia's source code and I think I can
successfully do those tasks. During weekends, I will have time to look
more in-deep into project and do some warm-up tasks.

If any of those topics is more important for DBPedia than the others,
please let me know, so that I can do as useful work as possible.
