There is no actual priority here, it all depends on the mentor's judgement
and the students proposal.
Even if there is a small bias now, a student can further enhance an idea in
ways we haven't thought of so in the end priorities won't matter.
>From the ideas you mention, the "Design a better / interactive display
page" could be considered of least importance because it won't add any data
improvements in the framework.
However, if it is done right it could provide a great added value for
DBpedia in the long term.
