Thanks for insightful review.
I am aware that this project will not involve any NER, but it is similar to
what i am doing here. We are building a Light weight NER system in which we
have module to extract NUMEX and TIMEX entities. This project is lot
similar to that.
I have tried to include as many suggestions of yours as i could to my
proposal .Please let me know if I can improve it more before the deadline.
