We actually meant only the developer related documentation, which is mainly
the following pages

http://wiki.dbpedia.org/Internationalization/Guide
Note:
1) Some of the documentation already exists in the github wiki so we just
need to merge what is missing.
2) Before you try merging sou should try a few example extractions and get
some experience on how the framework works because the dbpedia.org pages
might be outdated
so, getting this done will give you a good overview on how the framework
works :)
