Hello, folks.
I'd noticed your project on Melange, for GSoC 2015, and the question
answering engine idea caught my eye.
The idea mentions that it should build on work done last year - exactly how
far did the task get last year, and what improvements are we looking at?
I'd tried searching through the mailing list, but couldn't find much
information (though that could well be because I didn't search well enough).
I'd appreciate any help - I'll be going through the linked research, of
course, but outside of that, maybe there's some relevant tasks I could work
on, some basic system I could implement? Also, about Scala - while I'm not
familiar with the language, I am comfortable with Haskell, and generally
well-read about functional programming. How hard would it be for me to pick
up a decent amount of Scala?
