Hello Kartik,

Proposals are personal, and you are free to decide if you want to share
yours with everyone or only with the mentors (most students select the
private option).
Since last year, applications can be Google Docs and even though you must
submit them in the system you could possibly share a link to the list.
If you do so, make sure you set the edit permission right ;)
