Hello everyone, I am a third year undergraduate student now studying computer science in Peking University, Beijing. I am interested in joining the DBpedia project in GSoC 2019!
Since October 2018, I was doing my research in Data Management Lab in Peking University, and I was working on optimizing the performance of gStore, an open-source database system for RDF knowledge graphs. I was focusing on the index structure of gStore, and has improved the query efficiency. So I am familiar which knowledge graphs, RDF data and SPARQL languages and have a good command of C++/Python/JavaScript. In fact, I have used DBpedia to test our database system many times. So I would like to participate in GSoC 2019 and contribute to the DBpedia project. I would greatly appreciate it if you can help me join the slack and with further steps.
