It's my understanding that DCC is simply a bulk counter of sorts. I don't
think DCC does DKIM checking. I believe that there are a lot of MTA's that
do that already so it makes no sense to add overhead to a system when that
is being handled elsewhere.
But I'm sure someone else can clarify.
