A problem with "transcribed" style minutes, though very well done otherwise. Earlier in the meeting, Tom Phelan said he would work on the DTLS document if there are no other takers, or along with another taker. So there is an author, and Lars there there is still an opening for a new author if one wants to join Tom. You (Lars) stated this and I think this is what should be in the minutes: Tom plus new person still sought. Allison
