The final IETF65 meeting minutes have been uploaded here:

These minutes include small corrections to format and a few minor
omissions gleaned from the audio record.
I specifically added three things:
1) draft-ietf-dccp-tfrc-faster-restart - This is a current working
grouping item, authors are looking for implementation experience.
Implementors please let the WG know.
2) Amended discussion on tfrc-sp.
3) Added Allison's text on DTLS - saying we are now looking for
volunteers to work with Tom & Eric.
Please send comments (if any) by the 28th April. Thank you once again to

draft.
