Thanks a bunch :-).  One comment: in the service codes discussion
there's a sentence that says:
        A DCCP Reset is sent in response to a bad port number.

Shouldn't that be:
        A DCCP Reset is sent in response to a bad service code.

I will send in the updated minutes after I have accumulated
a few more additions and corrections.
