Hi all, I have two questions concerning some variables, that have to be plugged to the throughput equation.
1) Should I use t_RTO = max( 4Rtt, 1 sec) as stated in 3448bis? 2) What should be used for value of "b" (maximum number of packet ack'd by a single TCP acknowledgement)? Thanks, Vladimir.
