Hi all, Question: Is it possible, that Rtt measurment changes, while feedback packet is not received (for example, in bi-directional data from with timestamp, timestamp echo options).
If yes, then at what moment X_Bps ad T_Rto is calculated, when nofeedback timer expires? Or should it be calculated only when feedback packet has arrived and before that the old X_Bps and T_Rto value are to be used for calculations. (I am currently looking at 3448bis-02 section 4.4).
