with Gorry being one of the most active authors of the WG, and with him now co-chairing TSVWG with James, we've decided to appoint a new DCCP co-chair to team up with Tom. Thank you, Gorry, for your service! The current chairs, Magnus and me have discussed this, and we're happy to select Pasi Sarolahti (pasi.sarola...@iki.fi) as a new co chair. Welcome, Pasi!
