[dccp] Heads up: DCCP discussion in TSVAREA

Hi,

Even though DCCP WG is not meeting in Stockholm, we have a 15-minute  
slot on TSVAREA on Monday afternoon at 15:20 to give a short status  
update, and discuss about the next steps with the working group. If  
you have thoughts on this, we'd be interested to hear about them,  
either in the meeting, or over mail.
