[dccp] DCCP in Hiroshima

Hi all,

In the IETF-76 draft agenda (https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/76/agenda.html 
) we have a one-hour slot scheduled for DCCP. The following topics  
were proposed as a response to the query about the meeting earlier, so  
they are on our tentative agenda:

* Reviving DCCP User Guide (expired draft-ietf-dccp-user-guide-03)
* MulTFRC (draft-welzl-multfrc-00)

I'd like encourage discussion about these on the list already before  
the meeting, so please come up if you have comments, or would just  
like to support the work.

Also, please send a note if you wish to talk about something else that  
you'd wish to get the DCCP WG attention.
