Ian, one recent development, still experimental and not "officially" announced is that Stephen Hemminger setup a wiki at http://developer.osdl.org/shemminger/wiki/, that will be moved to http://linux-net.osdl.org/wiki (or perhaps just http://linux-net.osdl.org/, Stephen?) and one of the things I did was to copy the http://www.wlug.org.nz/DCCP contents and add some entries in the DCCP session of the general linux netdev TODO list at http://developer.osdl.org/shemminger/wiki/index.php/TODO.
