Well, I am modifying ttcp so that it sends out a stream of DCCP packets at a fixed rate. I plan to use this for some testing. I hope I can set the HZ to 1000 for increased timer accuracy (+/- 1 msec I hope). I also have a multi-rate VoIP. I plan to have this work from a file instead of the /dev/dsp for repeatability.
