Folks, I'm now dropping most of my outstanding patches given that Gerrit has provided better patches or taken onboard my feedback.
Two still outstanding are: fixing calc_first_li fixing up calculating loss intervals (which will probably be split into two) Patches are on my website and have been rebuilt against Gerrit's backlog which I'm happy with.
