As part of the 1.1 release, the internal processing of models and the
generation of SQL for creating/altering a database schema, have changed
already, and are still in the process of being changed, so a merge will not be
simple in any case.
Also, support for new databases will be added in 1.2 (see Sql Server 2005,
DDLUTILS-156) to limit the scope of 1.1.
