I ran into this issue as well.
In my use cases, it would be much better if the export proceeded ignoring the
functional index than break the export altogether, i.e. all that would have to
be done is to comment out one line of code, Database.java:451 or provide some
kind of parameter "ignoreMissingIndexColumns" to allow users to choose.
