I've configured my proxy in TortoiseSVN option, but now when I try to checkout,
I obtain the following error :

Working copy 'C:\data\ddlutils' locked
Please execute the "Cleanup command"

And when I do a Cleanup, and Update, I get the following error :

REPORT request failed on '/repos/asf/!svn/vcc/default'
REPORT of '/repos/asf/!svn/vcc/default': 400 Bad Request (http://svn.apache.org)

Please... help !
