Building DdlUtils

[Sebastien Arbogast]

I've managed to checkout DdlUtils sources but when I tried to build it
(as there is no readme at root, I guessed the goal to run was "mvn
install"), I got plenty of Java compilation errors. Did I miss
someting ?
