Without A Net 1989-1990

I am wondering if anbody out there knew what dates each song comes from on "Without A Net".  Liner notes indicate that it covers a span from Oct. 1989 to April 1990.  For example, I was able to go to deadlists.com and see where each song came from on the "Dozin' At The Knick" CD because the liner notes listed the three day span of the shows.  This is my favorite two years of the dead's career and was just curious.  I did some research on dealists 1989-1990 but there was no indication of whether certain songs appeared on the "Net" CD.
