My apologies for not taking the time to replay the segment before posting.
In any case I didn't have that detail from the "Tiger Rose" LP and I very
much appreciate your information.
I attended the full Chicago run in 5/77 and have a handful of other shows
from that spring tour. I didn't see them perform this skit again, nor do I
have it on any other tapes.
Do you (or anyone else out there) know if this was a one time deal, or was
it performed periodically throughout this tour.

That's Doctor SHOT. Mickey's nom de drum on Hunter's "Tiger Rose"
was "B. D. SHOT" -- taken from the abbreviations used on the
recording console for the drums kit.
I think it's:
BD - bass drum
S - snare
H - high hat
O - overhead
T - tomtom
