Re: 5/18/72 - copies in general circulation contain a cut immediately
following Morning Dew, then picks up during the Drums interlude before Sugar
Magnolia. Thanks to Paul Scotton, an alternate Sbd source now supplies the
audience applause after Morning Dew and the entire Drums segment leading
into Sugar Magnolia. Our current timing for Drums is 0:25, with the applause
and the beginning of Drums intact, it is now 1:34 in length.

Re: 10.24.72 - copies in general circulation contain a cut in The Other One
(not noted on our site) during the beginning of Phil's solo at about the
11:34 mark. An Aud source of unknown provenance supplies a 0:35 patch thru
12:09. Our timings on our site for this show seem to be a bit off as well.
We list Truckin' as 9:04 in length, on my copy it is approximately 11:02 in
length - give or take a few seconds depending on when you think The Other
One begins. We list the The Other One up to He's Gone segment (The Other
One>Drums>The Other One>Philo Stomp>Space ) as being 29:03 in length,
according to my copy, with the 0:35 Aud patch, this segment is about 26
minutes in length - again, give or take a few seconds depending on where you
think some of the segments begin/end. Currently, our total timings add up to
almost 65 minutes, which does not include the Aud patch, or, I'm assuming,
the non-musical interludes before Truckin', between The Other One and Casey
Jones, and between Casey Jones and Johnny B. Goode. My copy, with the Aud
patch in The Other One, and subtracting the non-musical interludes, clocks
in at approximately 60:34, 61:32 total. The Aud used to patch The Other One
also supplies the beginnning of the 2nd set - Promised Land {2:59}, Ramble
On Rose {6:06}, El Paso {4:13} and Deal {4:24}. The sound quality at the
beginning of the set is poor, but improves as the 2nd set progresses, with
the portion used to patch The Other One easily listenable.
