The jam at the end of the 4/24/70 tape, after Eleven > drums > ..., sounds like it's headed toward Good Lovin.
It's possible that the reviewer saw the show onthe tape but didn't at that point distinguish St. Stephen and The Eleven (they're run together on Live Dead).
