The term "Mac Court" is simply a nickname for the venue that has been around for years. It is stated as McArthur Court on the ticket stub.
10.8.81: The city is København. There really is no reason to insist on the English spelling of any city or venue. What is a potential solution is to list the correct local spelling and list the English spelling (as a compromise between German or French etc. spellings that might differ from the English spelling) alongside the native spelling. This has been done in many publications. In addition, I do not believe there is a "Theater" in the venue title. You may wish to double check on this fact. 10.10.81: The venue was Stadthalle IV. Stadthalle is one word. This is stated on the ticket stub. 10.12.81: The city is München. The venue title is one word. 10.13.81: The venue and city were: Walter Köbel Halle, Rüsselsheim, West Germany. Mark
