The photo included in the site for the Denver City Park concert on 9/24/67 was published in a Dead set list book.
I bought that book and saw the photo and contacted Michael Parrish to tell him that I took that photo. We had a nice conversation and he told me he would credit me on it because he didn't know the original source. I have an original print that I will scan and email to you. How can I have the photo credit changed to be me? This is fun and I was there. I also took pictures of Tim Leary who was there also. Captain Beefheart played as did Lothar and the Hand People.
