The database is back online now.
For reasons not worth explaining, I had to migrate the database to SQL Server, which is overkill in my opinion for the amount of data stored here. The good part is that you will notice a significant performance boost - pages are returned extremely fast.
For now, the caretakers' updating pages will not work - it will take a couple weeks to convert them to use the new server.
