Thanks - that's what the mailing list is for, making corrections. Of note is that even archive.org's description is out of sync with the order of the songs. I believe that description is what was used on Deadlists.
Also, it's not clear if there's a set break, or its all one set and its not clear whether Uncle John's Band is actually the encore, or just the last song of the set.
